The article highlights the latest developments in the field of Digital Humanities. It provides an excursus of some IT tools for scholars of Spanish Golden Age literature. The different units of the Mapping Chivalry project (PRIN 2017) are presented with special remarks about the database that is being developed in the Università di Trento (MeMoRam), focused on literary motifs. According to the study of Spanish chivalric literature, some recently created Motif-Indexes are introduced in order to investigate their theoretical approach to the concept of literary motif.
