In this paper I present a new digital tool for the study of the presence of chivalric romances in the Theatre of the Golden Age: the database «Teatro Caballeresco», which has been developed in the framework of a project funded by the Italian Ministry of Universities and Research (MUR). After a presentation of the parts that make up the database, I offer some considerations on how this database can be useful to deepen the knowledge of the incidence of the chivalric romance in Spanish Golden Age drama.
